In 2018, JR Business Concierge began as a video production company — but as our clients grew, so did we. Today, we’re a marketing firm helping small to mid-sized businesses gain traction, stay visible, and drive real growth.

Justyna brings a rare blend of hospitality heart and business acumen to every project. With early roots in the service industry, she later supported executive teams at a global commercial real estate firm before launching her own consulting and marketing practice.
She’s held roles in sales, marketing, and operations — and knows how to connect the dots between vision and execution. Whether she’s managing content calendars, crafting brand messaging, or leading cross-functional teams through complex launches, Justyna brings calm, clarity, and creativity to everything she touches.
Her expertise spans project management, marketing strategy, branding, content development, and social media — always with a focus on what drives growth.

Co-Founder | Strategist | Coach
Rob’s career path has always centered around growth — whether it’s developing elite hockey players or helping businesses find their voice. A former Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Chicago Wolves and Director of Player Development since 2005, Rob has worked across every level of hockey, from youth to pro, with an eye for detail and performance.
A self-taught videographer and creative storyteller, Rob launched a successful production company in 2018 — the roots of what would become JR Business Concierge. Today, he helps businesses turn strategy into traction, using his unique blend of coaching, creativity, and marketing experience to drive lasting impact.
